~Everyday I’m hustling struggling~

I’ve had to take a little break from this blog. I’m coming to terms with the fact I struggle with binge eating. My migraines have been trash which has affected my mental health which of course doesn’t help the compulsive eating.

Baby steps that give me hope:

✭ I’ve acknowledged I was in denial and that I have a problem
✭ I’m being more honest with my dietician
✭ I’ve started meditating and not hating it
✭ I’ve increased the frequency of my therapy sessions
✭ I’ve expressed to my partner how work has been triggering
